Hungarian violinist Kinga Ujszaszi began her musical training at the age of four. After graduating from the Franz Liszt Music Academy in Budapest in 2007 she went to study with Igor Petrushevski at the Royal Academy of Music in London. She finished her postgraduate studies in 2009 with distinction.
Kinga has toured throughout Europe and Asia with various orchestras and chamber groups, including the European Union Baroque Orchestra, Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester and the Hungarian Philharmonie Orchestra. She plays with Orchestra Europa, the BBC National Orchestra of Wales and she is a member of the Marcato Ensemble. She has also played with Sir Colin Davis, Sir Charles Mackerras, Vladimir Ashkenazy and Leonidas Kavakos.
